Is it a painting or a photo...or both

This one happens to be a photo. I know absolutely nothing about this artist, but I love her work. Her name is ElisaM and she lives in Italy. She also has some wonderful photos that she has editted into paintings. I did that with one of my son once. Other than that, I'll let her work speak for her.
